Upu and Kinobi's collaboration webinar: Job Interview Strategy for Fresh Graduate
Medan, May 21, 2025- P2K Division of Potential Utama University (Upu) collaborated with Kinobi, a well -known career development platform, organizing a webinar entitled "Job Interview Strategy to Increase Opportunities to Passing Recruitment for Fresh Graduate". The activity carried out via the Zoom Meeting lasted for 2 hours and was followed enthusiastically by students and UPU alumni
This webinar presents Dila Paramita, Customer Success Associate Kinobi, as a speaker. In the session, Dila shared the right strategy to face job interviews, ranging from technical preparation such as understanding general questions(behavioral interview, situational interview)To tips on building a positive impression in front of recruiter. Participants are also invited to understand the importance of personal branding, how to answer questions with the star method(Situation, Task, Action, Result),as well as managing anxiety during the interview.
Not only theory, this webinar is also equipped with an interactive interview simulation, where participants can immediately practice the knowledge gained. The discussion was dynamic with many questions from participants about the challenges of fresh graduates in finding work.
